Mynoo has led a storied career, spanning several continents and a broad range of industries (among them IT, business incubation, motion picture production, and property development). As a successful serial entrepreneur, Mynoo is also a champion of entrepreneurship itself, having mentored and incubated thriving businesses at every stage of development. She founded Federation 100 and the world-famous Inspired Leaders Network, an exclusive community of some of the world’s most brilliant innovators, inventors, business leaders and gurus, such as Seth Godin, Jim Collins and Dame Anita Roddick. A Londoner from India, she has also produced 15 movies in Hollywood and Bollywood. In 2010 she took a sabbatical, and underwent a personal transformation. She created her own journey, which became a unique methodology and process to achieve sustainable well-being in all aspects of living, and began sharing her work first locally, then internationally. As both the muse and key driver of PoEM initiatives, she holds the vision and inspires the team across the world, integrating her business acumen with powerful intuitive guidance.

Vibha Bhatnagar, Finance Strategy

Leveraging her experience across diverse industry sectors, Vibha has a long track record of converting radical business concepts into real businesses. From a humble start as a sales manager, she became a visionary entrepreneur, maturing in the media & entertainment, automation, construction, energy storage and sustainable eco tourism sectors. She has founded and developed fully automated robotic car parking facilities; financially structured brick and mortar construction businesses; developed and produced major feature films; and has now co-founded & promoted The PoEM as an iconic global eco tourism/holistic health retreat project that brings together all her gifts. Her core strength is as a commercial and financial architect, advisor and consultant, at both the project and enterprise levels. She loves connecting with industry leaders, and her businesses have been backed by international investment groups and financial/investment consortia from around the world. Vibha thrives in multi-cultural environments and has a footprint covering the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, India and Australasia. She excels at business modeling, financial structuring, business development strategies and exit strategies. She is well-known for structuring project financing with multi-jurisdictional facets, as well as for conducting commercial feasibilities, studies, research and project analysis.

JP Parker: An innovator, futurist and systems developer, JP's history involves trailblazing new paradigms in new industries, helping to create both the requisite underlying infrastructures and the beneficial partnerships that sustain them. Applied solutions-focused, she is most passionate about the regeneration and thriving movements igniting our world.

Vibha Bhatnagar: An Indian and UK entrepreneur now based in Dubai, Vibha has deep expertise in financial structuring and feasibility analysis for large scale real property and resort development projects. In addition to her career as a successful Bollywood film producer, she has to her credit the Mauritius Film City, the Bollywood Magic theme park and major property developments in the Middle East and Brazil.

Engineer & inventor Frederik Stimmel hails originally from Germany. He has broad and varied engineering and technical experience, focused largely on developing renewable and clean energy solutions. He also has extensive, hands-on project management experience in providing clean energy solutions for large-scale commercial and residential developments.

He has been living and working in Indonesia for 8 years, and is fluent in the language.

She is most passionate about using eco building materials, and is a well-known global expert in straw bale technology.
